At Old School, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if:

  • It is within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories are still attached

  • The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (see section 6)

If these conditions are not met, we may decline the return.


2. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  2. Our support team will respond with instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees (e.g., next-day delivery fee) are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.


4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, we can arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item has been returned and inspected.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we can offer store credit or a refund.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at oldschoolpretoriahelp@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will replace the item at no additional cost or offer an alternative solution.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Underwear or innerwear

  • Socks (if packaging has been opened)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made items
