1. Delivery Options & Timeframes

Next-Day Doorstep Delivery – R59.00

For customers who need their order urgently, we offer a next-business-day delivery option nationwide.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) are dispatched the same day.

  • Any orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • Delivery fee: R59.00

Standard 2–3 Day Doorstep Delivery – FREE

Our standard delivery option ensures fast and reliable shipping at no extra cost.

  • Delivery timeframe: 2 to 3 business days

  • Delivery fee: Free

2. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Processing may take an additional 1 business day during peak seasons, sales, or high-order volumes.

3. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all residential and business addresses across South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
